Wildcats Top Paris 1-0 to Open Soccer District Play

The Wildcats Soccer Team successfully opened district play at home Tuesday night by defeating Paris in a defensive struggle 1-0. After a scoreless first half, the Wildcats got what Coach Andy Holt called a miracle goal from Cruz Lozano early in the second half. From 35 yards out, Lozano arched the ball over the keeper and into the net. The Wildcats defense did the rest. The Wildcats travel to Pleasant Grove Friday night.
