Lady Cats Just Fall Short Against Tough Longview, 50-45

The Lady Cats battled Longview for all they were worth Friday night but came up a little short, 50-45. With the Lady Lobos up by 8 about midway through the fourth quarter, Longview went into a delay game that seemed to backfire. The Lady Cats were able to cut into the lead but couldn’t get closer than 3 points the rest of the game. Stefanie Pruitt led the Lady Cats with 16 points. Stephanie Conley and Jessica Savage added 9 each. The Lady Cats see their season record dip to 8-10. They will close their non-district portion of their schedule as they travel to Royse City Monday night.
