Lights of Life [3:10m]: Play Now | Play in Popup

A special Christmas tree was lit up Thursday night in front of Hopkins County Memorial Hospital during the Lights of Life event. People purchased lights on the tree in memory of loved ones or to honor someone special. In a departure from the past few years, the weather was nice. Santa Claus was there and the Sulphur Springs High Jazz Band and Choir performed. Speakers included Hospital Foundation Director Jackie Thornton, Hospital Administrator Michael McAndrew and Lights of Life campaign chair Wanda Galyean.
