United Way Chairman Voss [3:29m]: Play Now | Play in Popup

The Hopkins County United Way has a goal this year of $145,000. It was announced at a kick off luncheon Friday by Drive Chairman Randall Voss. Voss says his theme this year is “Keeping It Fun”. Last year’s goal was $140,000 but more than $149,000 was collected. At the luncheon Friday, several past drive chairmen regaled the group with stories of past United Way drives. At the end of the meeting, current United Way President Bob Weaver surprised United Way Executive Secretary Charlotte Henderson with a travel certificate to celebrate her 30-years of service.
