City Has Sulfur Water Tested

Shortly after the sulfur springs were rediscovered behind City Hall, the city had the sulfur water analyzed to make sure it was authentic. According to Water Plant Supervisor Robert Lee, the test results showed the water had high sulfur content along with chloride and sulfates. It is indeed sulfur water. Ana-Lab Corporation in Kilgore did the testing. By the way the sulfur water also contained minute traces of copper, manganese, zinc, aluminum and arsenic.
