City and County Fireworks Rules

Fireworks season is upon us. Use of fireworks by individuals inside the Sulphur Springs city limits is prohibited at any time. Hopkins County Judge Cletis Millsap says the county has no restrictions of any kind. He does encourage people to use fireworks carefully to avoid injuries or property damage due to fire.
